What makes occupied installs hard?
You cannot take over a room. There is nowhere to lay out a pad and cut it, the client is home, and anything you produce — dust, offcuts, noise — is happening in their living space.
What does the scissorless version look like?
Carry in a rolled pad, unroll it in position, rip a strip if a side needs it, set the rug. The client sees a two-minute operation instead of somebody kneeling on their floor with shears.
Where else does this matter?
Operating hotels, corporate floors, medical suites, and any building where a certificate of insurance covers a delivery but not on-site fabrication.
