Trade Program: every answer

Who qualifies for the UnderItAll trade program?

Interior designers, design firms, architects and specifiers, rug and furniture retailers, showrooms, hospitality and contract designers, and flooring professionals. Approval requires business credentials such as a resale certificate or professional registration.

Is UnderItAll trade only?

Yes. UnderItAll sells to the trade, not to homeowners. Pricing, the full size range, and account support are available to credentialed design and retail professionals who apply and are approved.

How do I open a trade account?

Submit a trade application with your business details and credentials. Approved accounts get trade pricing, a dedicated representative, and access to the full custom-cut size range, usually within one to two business days.

Can I get rug pad samples?

Yes. Trade professionals can request a sample set showing both thicknesses and the perforation in hand. Feeling the perforation separate is the fastest way to understand why the install is different.

How does trade pricing work?

Approved trade accounts buy at trade pricing on every order, with no minimum-order requirement to access it. Volume and contract programs are available for firms and hospitality projects ordering at scale.

Can we place bulk or multi-project orders?

Yes. Firms and contract projects routinely order against a rug schedule with staged delivery dates. Send the schedule and your account representative will structure the order and phasing around your install calendar.

Do you have sales representatives?

Yes. Approved accounts are assigned a representative who knows your market and your project types, which matters most when you need a lead-time answer during a client meeting rather than after it.

Can my client order directly?

No. Orders run through your trade account, which keeps the specification, the pricing, and the client relationship with you. Pads can still ship directly to the client or the job site.

Do I need a resale certificate to apply?

A resale or tax certificate is the most common credential, but professional registration, a design firm's business license, or architectural licensure also qualify. Applications missing credentials are held rather than declined.

Can showrooms get pads for display rugs?

Yes, and it is one of the most common trade uses. Display pads are ordered on the same account as client pads, and the perforations let staff re-size a pad when the floor set changes.

Do you handle hospitality and contract volume?

Yes. Repeating guestroom specifications are ideal for cut-to-order pads because a single pad size is produced at volume and staged to your install phasing, with perforations absorbing room-to-room variance.

Can pads be drop shipped to my customer?

Yes. Retailers and designers routinely have pads shipped directly to the end client or the job site, arriving install-ready so nobody at the destination needs a tool to finish the job.

Do you offer rug pad samples or interior designer trade pricing?

Both. Credentialed trade professionals can request a sample set showing each thickness and a live perforation, and approved accounts buy at trade pricing on every order with no minimum. Approval takes one to two business days with business credentials.
